Albert Ching

Albert is the Founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer of i-Sprint Innovations. Since founding the company in 2000, he has led the development of enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management solutions that protect some of the world’s most demanding organizations – including global financial institutions, government agencies, and large enterprises.

More recently, Albert and his team have built a Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Application migration platform, addressing the emerging challenge of securing systems against future quantum computing threats.

Albert brings over 28 years of senior IT leadership experience across enterprise architecture, application development, and technology research. His career includes appointments at Citibank N.A., the National University of Singapore, and Novartis (formerly Ciba-Geigy).

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Computer Science and an MBA from Illinois State University, and is a certified CISSP and CISA.

Dutch Ng

As the chief executive officer of the company, Dutch is also the co-founder of i-Sprint and has been with the company since the year 2000. Dutch is instrumental in providing strategic guidance on corporate technology and security policies, network infrastructure, technology platforms, business applications, products and services strategies. He is influential in establishing and managing the financial and business performance of the organization.

Over the past 20 years, Dutch has held senior management and executive level positions for high tech software companies. He has also been division managers for various operational aspects of high-tech firms, and he has developed a wealth of practical and hands-on experiences in managing the critical operations from professional services organization, administration, and Finance to customer care operations. He has worked in many countries such as United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand for overseas postings and is fluent in many speaking languages. Prior to joining i-Sprint, Dutch spent four years as a managerial role in Citibank Regional Asia Pacific Technology, and he was responsible for implementing and deploying technology infrastructure solutions for the bank branches across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific.

Dutch holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Pallav Kulshrestha

Pallav Kulshrestha is the Director of Product Engineering at i-Sprint Innovations, where he leads the development of QubitSafe, the company’s Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration platform designed to make enterprises quantum-safe.

With over 36 years in the technology industry, Pallav has deep expertise in building secure, large-scale platforms for regulated industries. At Citi, he spent 25 years across consumer digital banking, corporate banking platforms, and enterprise private cloud — including building Citibank’s first private cloud and scaling digital banking across Asia, Japan, and Europe. At VMware, he led cloud and AI/ML infrastructure initiatives for financial institutions across Asia-Pacific.

Pallav holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is focused on helping organizations navigate the transition to quantum-resistant cryptography through crypto-agility, cryptographic asset discovery, and PQC readiness.

Associate Professor Yang Guomin

Guomin Yang is an Associate Professor and Lee Kong Chian Fellow at the School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University. He completed PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong, and then worked at the Temasek Lab, National University of Singapore, and the University of Wollongong, Australia, before joining SMU. His research interests are applied cryptography and privacy enhancing technologies. He has published over 200 research papers at highly ranked cryptography and cybersecurity venues, and is a recipient of the Australian Research Council Discovery Early Career Researcher Award. He is on the editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, and Theoretical Computer Science.

Prof Robert Deng

Robert Deng is Lee Kong Chian Chair Professor, Deputy Dean for Faculty & Research, School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University (SMU). His research interests are in the areas of data security and privacy, IoT and could security, and applied cryptography. He received the Outstanding University Researcher Award from National University of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew Fellowship for Research Excellence and Zhongni Distinguished Educator Award both from SMU, Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements and Community Service Star from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), and the Public Administration Medal (Silver) Singapore National Day Award. He is a Fellow of IEEE, AAIA, and Academy of Engineering Singapore.

Carter Tan

Carter Tan is a Technical Account Manager and Senior Presales Solutions Architect at Nexus, part of InGroupe, where he leads solution architecture for PKI, certificate lifecycle management, Smart ID and IoT identity across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

He has spent 18 years working with regulated organisations on cryptographic trust infrastructure, including national PKI and citizen identity programmes, telecommunications operators, financial institutions and critical infrastructure operators. His work spans certification authority hierarchy design, HSM-backed key protection, certificate automation using ACME, SCEP, EST and CMP, and crypto-agility assessment ahead of post-quantum migration.

Carter serves as an Expert Contributor to the Asia PKI Consortium, representing Singapore and AMEA on post-quantum readiness, digital identity trust frameworks, mobile identity and device identity at scale. He previously served on the Executive Committee of the (ISC)² Singapore Chapter and a certified (ISC)² instructor for CISSP, CCSP and SSCP. He holds CISSP, CCSP, C|CISO and an MSc in Cyber Security.

Tony Chen

Tony Chen is a Senior Solution Engineer for Asia Pacific and Japan at Keyfactor, with over a decade of experience in public key infrastructure and digital trust. He helps organizations establish a unified Trust Control Plane—bringing visibility, automation, and governance to the machine identities and cryptography that secure every digital interaction. Tony works with enterprises to modernize PKI, strengthen cryptographic resilience, achieve crypto-agility, and prepare for the AI and post-quantum era.

Teo Poh Soon

A seasoned ICT and cybersecurity executive with over 35 years of experience across the ICT industry, specializing in data protection, encryption, and network security. He is responsible for driving regional sales strategy, strengthening channel and technology partnerships, and building trusted customer relationships across Asia Pacific and Japan.

In addition to his commercial leadership, he is an active participant in Singapore’s Quantum Safe Network Task Force, contributing to initiatives focused on Quantum Key Distribution in the area of Key Management. He has also delivered multiple workshops and presentations on Post-Quantum Cryptography across the APAC region, sharing insights on cryptographic migration strategies and quantum-safe best practices.

He brings deep technical understanding, commercial acumen, and thought leadership in cybersecurity, regularly speaking at industry events on Risk Governance, Data Protection, and Emerging Security Trends.
