Speakers

Nuttapong has over 15 years of IT industry experience and has expert knowledge of IAM, MFA, and Mobile App Security. He is the Senior Technical with i-Sprint Innovations, and he works with customers and partners in complex digital identity solutions in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. He has also helped many Mobile App Protection projects across the region, which has helped him develop strong domain knowledge in deploying Mobile App Security solutions.

Worathep has extensive expertise in IT and computerized manufacturing, covering technical operations, business management, and consulting in computer systems, networks, security, cloud, and blockchain. Proven success collaborating with multinational teams. Career began as an Instrument and Control Engineer in an Air Separation plant, designing software for distributed control systems. Transitioned to computer business, handling system presales, sales, and leading technical services. Later joined an international advisory firm as a risk consultant, gaining insights into complex challenges. This expertise facilitated a seamless transition into cybersecurity, leveraging technical and strategic skills to address evolving digital threats effectively.

Professor Innet brings a wealth of academic and research experience in the core fields underpinning PQC. With a research focus on network security, cryptographic protocols, and data communications, he provides the theoretical depth necessary for analyzing the security guarantees of post-quantum algorithms. His leadership ensures the lab’s research output is scientifically sound and aligns with global advancements in cybersecurity. Prof. Innet will oversee the fundamental research axis of the lab and guide the academic contributions.

TePoh Soon is the Vice President of Sales, APAC, Utimaco, a leading global supplier of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). With over three decades of experience in IT security and encryption, he possesses deep expertise in the high-assurance solutions that form the bedrock of secure transactions. In his current role, he is instrumental in guiding organizations across Asia-Pacific toward future-ready data protection strategies, making him a key voice in the discussion on the practical implementation of Post-Quantum Cryptography.

Dr. Chalee Vorakulpipat is currently the Director of the Communication and Network Research Group at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand. He is the founding head of the Cybersecurity Laboratory at NECTEC and previously served as the Director of the Center for Research and Development at the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Prior to leading the Research Group, he worked as Head of ThaiCERT, System Analyst and System Developer. His research interests include Information Security, Data Protection, Digital Transformation, Health IT and Knowledge Management. He co-authored two books on Digital Watermarking (English) and Unified Modeling Language, and one book chapter on Smart Cities. He is a recipient of the 2019 ISC2 Information Security Leadership Award and a number of ICT awards at the national level, including the National Research Council’s Best PhD Thesis Award and the Mobile e-Government Award. He received B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, M.S. in Information Technology from Kasetsart University, and Ph.D. in Information Systems from University of Salford. He holds professional certificates including CISSP, CISA, PMP, and IRCA (ISMS Lead Auditor).
