An Xun Ben Participated in the 8th Regional Financial Institutions’ Information Technology Development Forum in China

On 26 March 2015, An Xun Ben (AXB), as a representative of information security corporations, was invited to participate in the “8th Regional Financial Institutions’ Information Technology Development Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum)” in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, China. This Forum was hosted by the “Financial Electronic” magazine of the People’s Bank of China and co-sponsored by the Financial Information Institution. More than 200 representatives from 90 regional banks which included People’s Bank of China and China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) attended the forum.

During this two-day session, delegates carried out lively and in-depth discussions around the core issue of how to promote the regional banking’s transformation, in particularly emphasized the innovation on mobile financial services.

Since CBRC published No. 11 announcement that emphasized strengthening regulations on small and medium financial institutions’ non-standard debt-asset investment, regional banks have been facing a new challenge on making the transition and reformation happen.

In the 4G era, the rapid growth of mobile Internet and accelerated integration with the financial services in China has gained attraction among the players in the financial industry. The key to sustain and grow would depend on how banks could seize the opportunity and innovate.

In the survey results of the “2014 financial information Top 10 Things” conducted by the Professional Committee of Finance Informatization under China Finance Association and the Financial Electronic Magazine, the operation of mobile financial security public service platform infrastructure topped the chart. This had again raised the importance of security in mobility.

With mobile security in mind, Mr. Zhou Wen, the Senior Sales Director of AXB, spoke on the topic of “Innovate with AXB integrated Electronic Channel Solutions for Financial Sector” at the forum which sparked high interests and lively discussion from the delegates.
