About Our Investors
Our current investors include IP Fund One (managed by Acer Technology Ventures - ATV) and Encipta Limited (a subsidiary of MIMOS Bhd - Malaysian Institute of Microelectronics Organization System).
About IP Fund One
ATV currently manages IP Fund One, a US$260 million venture limited partnership. IP Fund One was formed in Q2 2000 by investors such as Acer management, Acer affiliates and external investors such as China Development Industrial Bank, ABN Amro Capital Investment Asia Ltd, Chase Capital Partners, Jafco Investment (Asia Pacific), DBS Nominees Pte Ltd, GIC Special Investments, etc.
About Encipta
Encipta Ltd is USD20.0 million venture capital fund based in Labuan that invests in promising technology related start-up companies within and outside Malaysia. Encipta is also a wholly owned subsidiary of MIMOS. MIMOS was established as the Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems on 1 January 1985. MIMOS is funded and managed by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
