CHALLENGE:

With the rising trend of mobile computing in recent years, CUB took the industry lead by launching “My MobiBank” to facilitate the mobile banking services and as the first bank in Taiwan to provide bank account services on the smartphone. In order to continue attracting new customers and enhancing the brand image as well as encouraging more usage of the banking services, CUB was seeking for a solution that can support various mobile device for non-agreed account transfer and offer sufficient protection to customers against the increasing security challenges and fulfill the rising needs of online transaction.
